According to the Insajder team, in the past several years, more than a hundred criminal complaints have been filed against individuals from Serbaian football fan groups for offences such as extortion, kidnapping, heavy theft, violent behavior, selling narcotics and even attempted murder or murder.
Those criminal complaints have not yet been processed by the police, or were dismissed by the Prosecution, or the indictments were filed, but the trials have lasted for years. Honorary positions in club managements are taken by politicians, judges, financial police and public figures who had almost never clearly condemned this kind of hooligan behavior.
As the result, from the insufficient and inadequate reactions of the judicial system, the state of Serbia has practically legalized violence.
