The “Season of Legality” event in Kosovo was organized by FLARE member “Kosova Youth Network”. It aimed at promoting FLARE and its activities among the youth living in Pristina and at establishing potential new collaborations with the local institutions.

 

The new political status acquired by Kosovo allows certain criminal dynamics to develop fast within the territory. Kosovo is a must-cross area for a series of illegal activities as well as the ideal base for criminals where to locate their headquarters. For this reason, the entire Balkan area and Kosovo in particular represent a highly interesting context of research for FLARE.
