FLARE member: AVI Moldova

FLARE visited Moldova shortly after the protests that followed the political elections in the end of April. Evidence and witnesses say several basic human rights have been violated by state law enforcements during and after the protests that – must be said – have been non-violent.

FLARE member “AVI Moldova” guided the FLARE delegation through Chisinau and where they met several young people who took part in the protests. FLARE Communication and Information Department together with “AVI Moldova” elaborated a report focused on the end of April protests. FLARE is shortly delivering the report to the European Commission asking them to inquire deeper on human rights violations occurred then in Moldova.
