FLARE member: CHCA- Charity Humanitarian Center Abkhazeti

Following FLARE monitoring mission that took place in Georgia in August 2008 shortly after the war between Georgia and Russia over the South Ossetia issue, FLARE visited the Caucasian country again. Here, FLARE member “CHCA - Charity Humanitarian Center Abkhazeti” had the FLARE delegation visit some of the refugee camps come out during and after the recent war.
