FLARE presents its first Training for Trainers
“Dealing with the main European topics in the youth field through the promotion of legality”
The training is addressed to university students and young people resident in the city of Turin, Italy.
The presentation of the training is going to take place on December 22, 2009 at the headquarters of FLARE Turin’s office.
The main objective of the training is the creation of a pool of trainers aged 18-26 able to run activities with young participants of youth projects focused on the promotion of legality as a key tool for dealing with three of the main youth topics debated at European level:
- youth participation
- active citizenship
- human rights
Youth civil society can play a key role in the struggle against organised crime and in the promotion of legality. But what does promotion of legality mean? How can we use legality to enhance and make youth participation and active citizenship concrete concepts? How can youth defend human rights through the promotion of legality?
