France: FLARE in Paris with “Légalité Sans Frontières”

logookFLARE Network announce that it will be in Paris from 20 to 23 of June in the framework of the “Week of Italian culture” for a series of events aimed at opening discussions with French institutions and local civil societies organizations upon a joint social fight against organized crime.

Saturday, June 20, in Boulevard Blanqui: FLARE Network and Libera (the Italian association against mafias) participate at the “Week of Italian culture” with stands and promotional materials.

In Place d’Italie, FLARE shows the game Confiscopolis (see picture attached): 6×6 m game in which players need to confiscate houses and factories in order to win.

Sunday, June 21: FLARE meet Légalité Sans Frontières, a newly born organization committed to raise awareness upon organized crime in France and in Europe.

Tuesday, June 23 at 17:00 at Mairie du 13e Arrondissement in Place d’Italie, FLARE organize a press conference together with Légalité Sans Frontières.

Tuesday, June 23, at 18:00 Mairie du 13e Arrondissement in Place d’Italie: round table on the fight of organized crime with Jacques de Saint-Victor, writer, professor of history of criminal phenomena; Marie-Anne Bonucci, historician on organized crime; Pascale Froment, writer; and Roberto Forte, director of FLARE. Moderator: Jacqueline Zana-Victor.
